وَفْرَة

Wafra means Abundance

In Arabic, wafra (وَفْرَة) means abundance, plenty, and great quantity. We chose this name to reflect our vision: a civil society sector that can flourish through access to the resources it needs to grow, enhance key causes, and measure its impact.

Founded in Portugal in 2024, we serve organisations across the Euro-Mediterranean region with a different approach—one rooted in feminist values and collaborative partnership.

Our Core Values

Feminist principles aren't just what we teach—they're how we work.

Integrity

Honest assessments and genuine value, with clear communication and flexibility. We develop trust between all stakeholders.

Quality

Comprehensive services including social, financial, and funding analysis to ensure decisions are evidence-based throughout.

Partnership

Building relationships and respect within our organisation and with those we support, meeting diverse stakeholder needs.

Feminism

Gender equality, inclusivity, and challenging systemic barriers. We integrate feminist principles in all our work to create equitable opportunities for all.
